ContextCapture allows you to produce the 3D models of real conditions the most complex existing up to the scale of a city. They are produced from simple photographs, in order to provide an easy and timely context for design, construction and operation decisions for all types of infrastructure projects worldwide.

Models produced by ContextCapture provide an accurate representation of the context and assist in decision-making during the phases of:

Hybrid treatment of ContextCapture allows the creation of reality meshes for engineering incorporating the best of both worlds:

    • the versatility and comfort of high resolution photography
    • precision of laser scanning point clouds

Develop accurate reality meshes for a limited cost. This will optimize your investment in time and resources in specialized acquisition tools and training. Also, very easily you will create 3D models using up to 300 gigapixels of photographs and/or 500 million points by laser scan. The result will have a fine detail rendering, sharp edges and excellent geometric accuracy.

Be sure to reliably produce highly detailed models faster, without being limited by the software. You can automate much faster than before the production of models of any size and/or precision.

These models of the reality of existing information-rich conditions can be used in any engineering or GIS process (such as: Bentley Map). You can share information easily and consistently, accessible from mobile or desktop devices, and in many formats, including for native use in MicroStation CONNECT Edition.

Use images from any type of cameras and sensors

    • Use a wide variety of cameras, from your smartphones to the most sophisticated multi-directional, terrestrial or aerial acquisition systems. Take advantage of every image or metadata format available to create your 3D models.

Create animations, videos and overviews

    • Create spell projections and high-definition perspective images by making instant renderings of all sizes. Define size and scale using rules, scales and output positioning for reliable reuse. Take advantage of the possibility of a time overview and an animation system of objects to create a film easily and quickly.

Create high fidelity images

    • High fidelity imaging tools allow high precision mapping and engineering. You can combine images in almost all formats and projections.

Create 3D evolutionary terrain models

    • Use and display very large field models to increase your return on investment in large data sets. Display evolutionary terrain models in different modes: smooth shade with shadows, inclination and angle, height, elevation, contours, etc. Sync your field models with your source data such as DGN files, cloud data, etc.

Produce GIS models in 2D and 3D

Integrate data from multiple sources with reality grids
