Someone already has concrete experience and results of measurements with this drone.
Comparison of results with GCP method?
There is a comparison of ABOT provided by Joel Van Cranenbroeck which gives convincing results.
I agree with you:
"The differences between the points measured by GNSS antenna and Phantom 4 RTK are lower
3.6cm in XY and 4.4cm in Z. The accuracy announced by Dji of 5cm is therefore well established.
This drone can thus allow the realization of precise 3D model without (or with little) points of
ground setting and will allow measurement professionals considerable time savings.
ABOT will try in a next test the association of Dji Phantom 4 RTK with D-RTK 2.
