GeoStudio 2D
The complete solution for geotechnical analysis
GeoStudio 2D allows you to accurately model and analyze soil behaviour. Easy to use, powerful and reliable, it turns your geotechnical data into clear simulations, for safe decisions and controlled construction projects.
GeoStudio 2D: the solution that simplifies soil analysis and modelling
From terrain to simulation, without compromise
GeoStudio 2D offers a range of numerical analysis tools to simulate conditions on the surface and under the surface of the ground. From natural soils and rocky slopes to drying systems or tailings storage facilities, GeoStudio 2D allows you to model the conditions necessary for a better understanding of your geotechnical projects.
Fluid collaboration
Use the power of the Seequent portfolio, especially to share geometry and materials via an integrated cloud workflow.
Integrated stability analyses
Easily integrate finite element results into a limit equilibrium analysis for an overall view of slope stability.
Analysis of complex soil behaviour
Use the complete library of building models for soils and rocks in all your stability, groundwater flow and stress-deformation analyses.
One model, multiple analyses
Explore complex geotechnical processes through numerous analyses, geometries and dimensions in a single project file.
Information exploitable through visualization
Graphic and visual tools to help you interpret the results, compare them to the physical system and better understand the problem encountered.
From simple to complex
Explore geotechnical systems with multiple analysis and geometry capabilities, and an iterative workflow from simple to complex to access knowledge.
GeoStudio 2D offers the essential ability to perform boundary equilibrium slope stability analyses in two-dimensional soils and rocks. With three formulae available, you can deal with problems involving groundwater flow, finite element stresses, pore pressures or dynamic stresses.
GeoStudio 2D Advanced has all the features of GeoStudio 2D, as well as the ability to simulate the flow of groundwater under permanent or transient conditions in saturated or unsaturated soils and rocks. GeoStudio 2D Advanced allows us to analyze geotechnical challenges such as the study of rapid folding, complex percolation analyses, and much more.
GeoStudio 2D Ultimate extends the capabilities of GeoStudio 2D Advanced by allowing the analysis of static and dynamic stresses and deformations in soils or rocks, including coupled consolidation, stress stability to finite elements, and the use of finite element results in limit equilibrium analysis.
The Geotechnical Analysis 2D suite includes PLAXIS 2D Ultimate and GeoStudio 2D Ultimate, making the most complete 2D option.
Licensing Options
Annual rental
The simple and efficient way to use software over a fixed period of 12 months. The license is associated with the user and can be used on several posts (but not simultaneously).
The annual subscription includes a number of "keys" that can be exchanged for training or accompaniment (mentoring).
Perpetual licence
A perpetual license is a unique purchase, it can be accompanied by an annual maintenance contract called SELECT. The latter assures you that your software is always up to date, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day support and allows for the buoyancy of licenses among other services.
The SELECT contract offers maintenance for your perpetual licenses including various benefits:
- Floating licences
- Software updates
- Balancing the licensing portfolio
- Technical assistance 24/7, 365j/365
- CONNECT services
