Problem description

The door is not at the same level as the ground in DGN. There seems to be a shift between the door and the ground level. How can this problem be solved?

Steps to follow

In the door or window placement tool, there is a parameter, "threshold height". The height of the threshold is the height between the ground level and the lower edge of the door/window, it is like a vertical offset distance from the ground level. Generally, the height of the threshold requires when placing the window. In the case of a door, it is generally not necessary to provide the height of the threshold. So if you have an existing door with a defined threshold height and you want to align the door with the ground level, you have to change the threshold height.

Amend:
1. Select the door
2. Click Edit Door
3. Change the height of the threshold.
