Cannot open / import / join as reference certain IFC models

Problem

When opening an IFC file from OpenBuildings Designer, an error message will appear.

Error importing invalid or obsolete IFC models.

Solution

The alert message appears when opening an IFC file in OpenBuildings Designer Update 10 because, for security reasons, some of the old IFC schemes are obsolete.

But IFC files can be opened with the IFC_ALLOW_DEPRECATED_SCHEMA=1 configuration variable.
