How can the tools reappear if they have disappeared from the ribbons?
Problem description
How to solve the problem when all the elements of the tape bar suddenly disappear and an error message appears: "ERROR: No workflow definition is available"? The error can be seen in the screenshot below.
Solution
When all elements of the ribbon bar suddenly disappear and an error message indicating "ERROR: No definition of workflow available", simply access this location on your drive C : “C:UsersUser_NameAppDataLocalBentleyOpenBuildingsDesigner" and rename your file "Prefs" and restart OpenBuildings Designer.
After restarting OpenBuildings Designer, you can see that all the elements of the ribbon bar will display correctly without any error.
