Help links from PC Studio do not work

Problem

After opening PC Studio from OpenBuildings Designer by choosing File (Backstage) > Parametric Content > Parametric Cell Studio and clicking on the two options in the Help, User Reference and User Guide menu, nothing opens. Is there more help files included for PC Studio?

Solution

Although the two links of PC Studio may not work, you can still manually access this documentation by accessing C:ProgramDataBentleyDocumentationOpenBuildingsDesigner10.X.0enhtmPCStudio and opening the file called "index.html".

Note: You must have selected the product documentation during installation (or selected using the Edit option after installation) to make local help files available.
