How to locate the Prefs folder fromOpenBuildings Designer when not found

Problem

Cannot find the Prefs folder for OpenBuildings Designer.

Solution

When you install OpenBuildings Designer, a prefs folder is created in user data and contains all local configuration changes, ribbon changes, etc. You have 2 ways to access the location.

1. When you are in OpenBuildings Designer, look for Keyboard input and keyboard input type "$ % explore $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS)" Once you press Enter, the Prefs folder will open automatically.

If OpenBuildings Designer is not open, you can manually open the location from your file explorer.
