The placement points do not appear in the preview image of the placement dialog
Problem description
The placement points of the component do not appear in the preview image of the placement dialog, as illustrated below. How can I fix this?
Solution
Access this location on your drive C : “C:UsersUser_NameAppDataLocalBentleyOpenBuildingsDesigner" and rename the file Prefs.
After that, when you restart OpenBuildings Designer, you should see that the placement points are showing again, allowing you to work with them according to your needs.
