User authentication problem in Customer CONNECTION (September 2025)

User authentication failed in CONNECTION Client, connection problem.

Following an update of Windows, older versions of theCONNECTION Clientare no longer compatible. It is then possible that you encounter an authentication problem leading to the error message similar to the one presented below:
